How soon will I be paid?

You will receive payment to your bank account on the same day that your vehicle arrives at our site, or the next business day if it arrives after 3pm.

What do I need to supply?

We require that you supply Photo ID of the vehicle owner in the form of a driving license or passport. Please bring these to our site if you are dropping off your vehicle, or have them on hand for our driver if we are collecting from you (Our driver will need to photograph your photo ID, which will be done in accordance with our GDPR policy).
In the case of a passport, we will also need proof of address within the last three months, eg: a utility bill.

We also need your bank details in order for VecoAuto to make payment.

Do you accept Electric or Hybrid vehicles?

We regret that we are unable to to accept ELECTRIC or HYBRID vehicles at this time.
This is because we are currently unable to recycled the batteries contained within them.
